  Well I would rate it a big fat 0 if I could...
  Went in today to get something notarized. Signed myself to the wait list.....Bank officers came and went to lunch....Waited for over an hour and 10 minutes and when it was my Mother and I's turn, the Bank Officer told us we would have to wait, and took someone else that she said was her 1:00 pm appointment...the lady had only been there for 2 minutes ....the Worst customer service ever. I will never go to this bank again. My Mother and I have been valued customers and have been banking with Suntrust for over 20 years. I had to walk out to gain my composure...Will never go to this branch ever again
